The Synergy3D units (right), are the geothermal equivalent of a boiler, furnace and air conditioner ... all in a single unit. No outside AC condenser units.
The home is a model of energy efficiency. The geothermal system installed on property features 3000+ feet of buried pex loops in the earth, which transfer the earth's heat into the home in winter, and out of the home in summer. The Synergy 3D units not only provide all of the homes forced heat & cooling air, but the domestic hot water heating and in-floor radiant heating as well. All at a fraction of the energy consumption normally required with conventional HVAC units an water heaters.
